The wife and I stopped in for a quick bite. We decided to eat at the bar and have a drink. Unfortunately, Bartender David was short staffed, so it was a bit before we received our drink, then were able to order our food. Being new to the Goodyear section, Popo's is super busy at times and the long wait was diluted by David's hard work and the little attentiveness he was able to give due to being short staffed at the time. We will definitely stop in again and eat at the bar. Thanks David
1st time eating at this location. I had Brandon as my server, he was super nice. Took care of us. Food was good, but the service was awesome. He is a funny guy. We will be back for him, oh and the food. Thank you Brandon.
Busy place on Friday. To be expected in this area. 45 min wait for 2 people. Waiters were quick with the chips and salsa. Food was fast and hot! Lively atmosphere. People talking with laughter and casual conversations.
My husband and I have been eating at the original Popos since 2002. It's always excellent. The Goodyear location maintains their stellar reputation. It's a beautiful restaurant and the food and service are amazing as always. We'll return often!
Took the family in Sunday night Michael our server was amazing, he came to our table to make sure we were doing ok several times. He made us feel at home, what a great person. Thanks Mike! Food was awesome.
This is a really good place for Mexican food. I’m glad they decided to open one up in Goodyear. All the food we tried is really good.
We have been going to Popo's Fiesta Del Sol since the early 90s. Popo's will always be one of our favorite places to eat. This location in Goodyear has the same great tasting food as their location on Indian School. All of us enjoyed our lunch, We shared the mini platter appetizer as our meal, and it was more than enough food to split. Service was a little off, but they were busy. The only downside is that they won't give you containers to take the rest of the salsa home. It always makes us think that they want to reuse the salsa we don't finish. Other than that, we are always happy with the food. it's excellent.
Food is terrific. Service is very friendly. Speed of service is better than expected. Quality top notch. I had a protein bowl which is basically an order of fajitas. My wife had the sampler platter as a meal. Served hot. I recommend the micheladas.
